What is your warranty policy?
We stand behind our craftsmanship with an industry-leading 3-year warranty against manufacturer defects. This covers issues related to materials and workmanship, but does not cover impact damage or normal wear and tear.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders for in-stock boards typically process within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days via ground shipping.
Can I return or exchange a board if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns on unused, unmounted boards in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
