We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your ride. If your board or gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure your snowboard or apparel is in its original, unused condition with all factory tags and packaging intact.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the return to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
